Programme and Administrative Services Officer (NO-A)
The United Nations University Institute on Computing and Society (UNU-CS) is seeking to hire a Programme and Administrative Services Officer who will serve as a senior staff member overseeing many aspects of the daily management of the Institute. Reporting to the Director of UNU-CS, the Programme and Administrative Services Officer will have operational responsibility for planning, organizing, supervising and managing the functioning of administrative services and logistic support related to finance, budget, human resources, procurement, travel, events and inventories.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field of study with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in financial, human resources and/or events management, preferably in an international environment.
Desired experience and skills: Possess strong IT skills, excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese languages. Knowledge of and experience within the Macau environment is highly desirable.
